The culinary of Indonesian
About our country
Indonesia is the country in which the
sun is sunshine every year because of Indonesia's tropical season. Therefore, it has
two seasons rainy season and the dry season every year. Most people only know
that Indonesia has a lot of unique cultures, people, religions, dances, foods, etc. It makes Indonesia more popular until abroad about that. On this
occasion, I want to deliver my blog about Indonesian food.
Indonesian food’s
Indonesia food has many the characters of uniqueness. Why do I say that? Taking into consideration the fact that Indonesia
consists of 34 provinces and more than 270 million people inside it. Making
Indonesian has the uniqueness which you can imagine that Indonesia has a lot of
diversities like the spices, the sense of taste, the sharpness of the taste, the
spicy of foods, and the traditional ways to make it. Then, all of the
Indonesian food has a strong history inside it. An example like “rendang” the
history of it is when the Sumatra people’s in the past wanted to do haji or
umrah likely brought it because it has a long time around 1 year to save that
food. And then from Sabang until Merauke all of them is different from taste, therefore, I want to tell you about why Indonesian food’s more difficult to learn
and give a taste.
The difficulty of making Indonesian food’s
Learning Indonesian food is not easy as you learn
western food. Why? Indonesian food has a lot of local herbs, traditional techniques, and the harmony of ingredients inside one food that it
makes more difficult to learn. Like me as a native of Indonesian man honestly, Indonesian food is a little bit tricky about the taste. Talking about the
taste, Indonesian food is different to build some of the harmony taste for the
reason that the example like my mom cooking food has taste a little bit strong
when my neighbors cooking some food has the strong taste of that food. You can
imagine that one city or one province and all of it has different tastes
which I am so very confused to build some good taste for another people. Don’t
expect that Indonesian food’s tasteless because all Indonesian food has
some strong taste and spicy. After you know the taste of Indonesian food.
Now I want to tell you about the street food of Indonesian.
Street foods
Basically Indonesian people are so very creative to
create something, especially food. Talking about food, Indonesia has an awesome thing that is street food. The street food is more unique because a lot of snacks which you can get in behind the street. The example like “telur gulung”
that food in my childhood so very legendary. Indonesian street food is so
very growing rapidly in Indonesia because the first reason is more competitors.
The example today I am open my own business is nasi goreng, and then 2 weeks
ago there are some people open same business behind my own business how f***ing
competitors they are. But from that
problem makes Indonesian people’s more creative to create some street foods and
more competitive to deal with that situation.
The conclusion about that is Indonesian food’s more unique,
interesting and more creative because from Sabang until Merauke a lot of
